A message dated June 25 was received on June 26, 1998, stating the             
Governor has signed the following bill and is transmitting the                 
engrossed and enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for          
permanent filing:                                                              
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 405(FIN)                                                
"An Act relating to failing to stop a vehicle when directed to do
